Justification of Non-Material Change

The Department of Treasury is submitting this request for a non-material change to OMB
Control Number 1505-0152 to update the current version of the Treasury Form TD F 92-22.46.
The change results from the fact that EO 14074 (a section of which required the collection of the
data) was rescinded by President Trump on January 20, 2025

To accomplish the change, TEOAF will update the TD F 92-22.46 form to remove Section V.
Title VI Civil Rights Requirement. These changes to the forms are not estimated to have any
significant impact on the currently approved burden.
